AquAzul - Fort Lauderdale Oceanfront Condominiums & Residences
This 25 story contemporary glass
tower will soon become a landmark on the beach in Lauderdale By the Sea, just
north of glittering Galt Ocean Mile, and become a luxurious home to just 80
condominium owners, four per floor, all served by private elevators.
AquAzul
will distinguish itself with a contemporary, European-inspired theme and feature

Standard features in all AquAzul

AquAzul will be a "smart
building", including features like a plasma screen in the kitchen that allows

The building welcomes

lobby, a seaside pool and spa pavilion and cabanas, fitness center, and clubroom
as well as 24-hour security and concierge/valet services and more.
Each unit comes with one covered
parking spaces. Additional spaces are available at $10,000 each. Guests will

The developer recently purchased
the plot across the street from AquAzul, which will belong to the condo and be
developed into a Botanical Garden with a lighted tennis court. This will assure
owners that their sunset views toward the Intracoastal Waterway from AquAzul
will never be replaced by the view of another hi-rise on that plot.
Subleases, minimum duration six
months, will be permitted only once per year per unit. Dogs will be allowed.
