WHERE THE LOST CONTINENT CAN BE FOUND

As you can see from the map below, Atlantis is ideally situated on Paradise Island, across a bridge from Nassau, the capital of The Bahamas.

The spectacular resort, said to have risen from the sea, looks out to the tranquil waters of both Nassau Harbor and the Atlantic Ocean. Chalk's Airways flies "door-to-door" from Miami (90 minutes) and Fort Lauderdale (65 minutes), landing at the Paradise Island Customs Center, adjacent to the resort.

Flights connect Nassau Airport to the United States and surrounding continents, with New York just over two hours away.

FIVE DIFFERENT TYPES OF UNITS TO CHOOSE FROM

The Residences at Atlantis will offer several different options in condo hotel units:

• Studios, 540 sq. ft.
• One-bedroom units, 1,000-1,265 sq. ft.
• Two-bedroom lockout units that combine one-bedroom units with studios, 1,540 sq. ft. to 1805 sq. ft.

LIVING RESTRICTIONS

The living restrictions are 90 days per year. The rest of the time, if you choose to place your unit in the rental program, the developers are confident they'll be able to keep it filled. Construction on The Residences at Atlantis is expected to begin July 2005. It is tentatively scheduled for completion by July/August 2007.
